ICMC has an immediate opening for a full time IT Technical Support Generalist

About the Role:

aid IT in the areas of workstation setups, updates, and changes, troubleshooting desktop hardware and software, diagnosing, and repairing computers and network hardware, and initiating and completing assignments and projects as directed by the IT Services Director. Interested candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office 2010, Windows Server, and Windows 7 in a domain environment and have an in-depth comprehension of IT processes and protocols.

Skills and Abilities:

Formal education and training in IT field desired, AS degree preferred. Must have demonstrated knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking components, and be able to assemble, disassemble, and correct connection issues, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
